How to Size Your Finger

1. Purchase a reusable plastic UK or US Ring Multi-sizers from the sundries section of our store.

Wrap the sizer snugly around your finger, including over the knuckles. It should feel snug but comfortable when sliding on and off.

2. If you have a ring that fits the finger:

 a. Measure the internal diameter from metal to metal in millimeters as precisely as possible—every 0.1mm counts.

 b. Alternatively, use a Ring Size Mandrel, available online, to measure your ring.

Note: Ideally, the ring used for measuring should have a band width of 2–3mm. If wider, please send us your measurements for advice.

3. Visit a reputable jeweller for professional sizing if needed

Policy Regarding Shipping Costs

All original postage and returns/exchange postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. Please include your order number and the action required with your return.
All returns must be sent in a padded envelope, following the packaging instructions in the FAQ section titled ‘How to package goods for Returns and Exchanges’.

UK returns should be sent via a Post Office with proof of postage obtained.

For international returns, please complete the CN22 Customs Declaration form, mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’, and declare a nominal value of $15.

For exchanges, we ask that you repurchase the correct item. Once we receive your returned jewellery, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding original postage).

Delivery Policy

UK: All parcels are sent 2nd Class—Standard postage (no tracking) for lower-priced items or Tracked 48 for more expensive ones. Special Delivery (next working day) is available for orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12pm.

International: For the USA, France, and Germany, some lower-priced items are sent without tracking to keep costs affordable. Tracking upgrades are available at checkout.

Rest of the World: All parcels are sent with tracking.

Note:
Excess postage from multiple item purchases is refunded.

For free shipping listings, if items are returned, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For exchanges, shipping costs for replacements must be paid by the buyer. Free shipping applies only to the initial shipment.

How to Package Goods for Returns and Exchanges

Please place the item flat inside the plastic seal bag first, then place this packet into the gift bag. You may wish to bubble wrap the plastic seal bag before placing in the gift bag.

For rings, ensure they sit flat in the return envelope; if placed on their side, they may get squashed during transit. We cannot refund if the item arrives unsaleable.

Return the item in a padded envelope with all order details enclosed. You may reuse the original envelope but please seal it securely.

For international returns, complete the CN22 Customs Declaration form and attach it outside the envelope. Mark the parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and declare a nominal value of $15 to avoid customs charges.

Product Care

To keep your jewellery looking new and prevent damage, follow these care tips:

* Remove jewellery before heavy activity.

* Avoid contact with chemicals such as cleaners or chlorine.

* Do not immerse rings in water for long periods, as stones may loosen.

* Apply lotions, perfume, or hairspray before putting on jewellery.

* After wear, clean with an anti-tarnish silver cloth and store pieces separately (gift bags work well) to avoid scratches.

* Mixed metal jewellery can be cleaned with a silver cloth, metal cleaners, or a natural mix of lemon and bicarbonate of soda.

* Do not use silver dips.

Shipping Times & Estimated Arrival Dates

We use Royal Mail for all packages.

UK Orders: Usually arrive in 2–3 working days after shipping, though delays may occur during peak times, especially in London.

International Orders:

Europe: Royal Mail quotes 3–5 working days, but customs and post-Brexit delays may extend this.

Rest of the World: Royal Mail quotes 5–7 working days, but delivery can take up to 28 working days. After this, we deem the parcel lost and will work with you to resolve it.

Etsy’s estimated dates are based on averages and don’t account for peak seasons, holidays, or clearance delays.

USA TARIFFS & CUSTOMS CHARGES

Coupon Codes Usage & Free Shipping

Discount codes offered at the time of your order are valid only for future repeat purchases, not for exchanges on first orders.

For orders with free shipping, if items are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial postage. Return shipping is also the buyer’s responsibility for items no longer required, ill-fitting, or unsuitable. This does not apply to items with a quality issue.

For exchanges, you must pay for both the return postage and the shipping of the replacement.

Free shipping applies only to the first shipment.

Time frame for Faulty Products

If your jewellery becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase, we will aim to repair it, offer an exchange, or provide a part refund—depending on the issue and how long it has been worn.

After 6 months, we can only attempt repairs and will assist where possible.

Please note: if damage occurs due to negligence (e.g., the design catches on something and snaps), refunds will not be issued, though we are happy to work with you on a solution.

Some of our ring designs are delicate and may catch easily, so please consider this before purchasing.

Why is my Multi Metal Ring Going Dull

Brass and Copper naturally oxidise when exposed to moisture, whether from the air, damp skin, or in some cases, a more acidic body chemistry.

Over time, these metals may dull with wear.

This is normal and can be easily restored.

Use a Silver Cleaning Cloth (available in our store under Sundries), a suitable metal cleaner, or a natural paste of lemon and bicarbonate of soda to gently buff the metal back to its original shine.
