Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to file for a replacement item if damaged in transit?
Shop policies require you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery in order for a replacement item to be sent free of charge. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an item wasn’t broken by general wear and tear after that timeframe.
Errors on products
If we made an error in spelling or glitter colors etc, we are more than happy to stand by the product and fix the mistake! Personalizations will be put on the tumbler exactly as they are written on the order. Please be 100% sure that the spelling is correct before the order is submitted. We cannot be responsible for replacing or fixing tumblers at no charge. If you notice you have made an error in spelling, please message us immediately to see if a change can be made. Changes cannot be made once the vinyl has been sealed. Thank you!
Cancellations and refunds
Due to the customized nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges as we are unable to resell customized tumblers. If a product is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement order can be rushed once a claim has been filed with the Postal Service.
Will my item look identical to the listing photo?
While I strive to make each item identical to the listing photo, all items are handmade and may be slightly different from the listing photo. I cannot guarantee each tumbler will be exactly as listed, although the general look will be the same. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for items not identical to the listing photos.
