How do I get my PDF guide?
Right after payment, Etsy gives you a download link on the order confirmation page and in your Etsy email receipt. You can also find it any time under Purchases in your Etsy account. Nothing is shipped. Most guides work on a phone and print on US Letter paper at home.
My file won't open. What should I do?
Try downloading it again from Purchases on Etsy, ideally on a computer, and open it in a PDF reader. Still stuck? Message us through Etsy and we'll sort it out.
How does personalization work?
On personalized ornaments, fill in both boxes (up to 18 characters each). We print exactly what you type, so please double-check spelling and apostrophes. Emoji can't be printed. Plain ornaments aren't personalized and are ready to gift.
When should I order for Christmas?
For the best chance of arrival before Christmas, please order printed ornaments by Monday, Dec 7. Each ornament is made to order (about 5–7 business days), then shipped, and carrier times vary, so we can't guarantee a delivery date. PDF guides download instantly.
Where do you ship?
Printed items ship to US addresses only. Digital files can be downloaded anywhere.
