However, I received my order undamaged and within a reasonable time of the promised delivery time. The design and coloring weren't quite the same as the picture I ordered from, but it was similar enough. Overall I am pleased with the transaction.

1 out of 5 starsI wouldn't trust ordering from this business. Not only did they send me the wrong item, but it arrived broken. Their customer service was atrocious, and they refused to make good on their mistake/ broken item. There was no protection from Etsy, and I got stuck with the cost of a broken jug that was not what I ordered.
