一 We ship to the "Shipping address" that is provided when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct, or message us within 4 hours to change the address after checkout.

一 We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address provided in your order.

一 We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by the shipping courier.

All items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. (Contact us within 3 days of delivery). We cannot accept returns on any used items and items must be returned in new condition, with all original tags and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage/Defective/Error:

Replacement items will be provided when the error is made by MizuBasics. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A photo will be requested of the item that has an error or has arrived defective/damaged. Please carefully inspect your item as soon as it arrives because we cannot replace items beyond the 7 days of the delivery timeline.
