Wonderful!! I ordered it well ahead of time to ensure it arrived on time and it arrived waaaay sooner than expected. I went with the Walnut and it was a beautiful contrast to my champagne-y backdrop. I was a dummy and didn’t fully read the description/info and purchased it with the intention of transferring it onto fabric. It was not ideal but not impossible. I was able to transfer it and utilize it. Totally my bad! I still loved how it came out!!! Received many compliments. I would definitely order again. This was it the next day after the event.

Absolutely wonderful seller and experience! The sign was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my daughter’s first birthday. Unfortunately, the original package was significantly delayed by USPS and wasn’t going to arrive in time. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to make and send a replacement so we would hopefully have it for her birthday. The replacement arrived just in time and I was so incredibly grateful! The original eventually arrived as well, confirming that the delay was entirely with USPS. The seller truly went above and beyond for something completely outside of their control. Beautiful work, fantastic communication, and exceptional customer service. I would absolutely purchase from this shop again! ❤️
