I provided measurements for my audio equipment to ensure it would fit, and they gladly incorporated my requested modifications into the final design. I would enthusiastically purchase from them again. The only issue was with FedEx, which held the item in customs for weeks, but that was not the seller’s fault. When the unit finally arrived, it was beautifully packed. MoWoodwork is an exceptional seller with excellent customer support and highly skilled woodworkers.

I have never received an item so carefully packaged - there was absolutely no chance for it to be damaged in transit because it was so robustly wrapped. If you are considering purchasing from Mo Woodwork - do not hesitate. Aside from the beautiful end product, their communication throughout has been faultless. An expensive piece of furniture but worth every penny. THANK YOU!! We wish we had room in our house for more pieces!

I was travelling at the date the table was supposed to be delivered, so the seller kindly delayed the shipping by 2 weeks so I would be back home. Packaging was amazing, no shock could have damaged the table during the shipping process. The table is exactly as described. The wood is beautiful and smooth, the share is exactly as how I was expecting. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will for sure buy again from this seller in the future.

Custom and personalized orders
Special or custom orders may not be returned or canceled and are not subject to our return policy (unless agreed otherwise with the client).
Lead time
Due to the fact that all furniture available in our offer is 100% handmade, the lead time (the time we need to manufacture and prepare an order for shipping) is 4 to 7 weeks. That means that the fastest dispatch of ordered furniture can be anticipated within this time frame. Shipping time depends on the destination country and it is always indicated in the listing in question.
Furniture materials and characteristics
All the furniture visible in our offer is handmade, mostly made of European oak and American walnut wood or wood covered with natural oak/walnut veneer using conventional carpentry techniques. The real appearance of products may slightly differ from the images presented on our page, mainly due to differences in the color of the wood and its grain – it results from the properties of the material, such as wood.
All pieces of furniture are sent in the form adjusted for quick and easy assembly.
Shipping and receiving
Upon receipt of a shipment, we advise checking whether the parcel has not been damaged mechanically in transport. Preferably, before signing a confirmation receipt the package should be opened and checked in the presence of a courier. If any damage is found, the damage protocol should be written.
Please be informed that we do all we can to keep your deliveries safe and secure at the time of transport, but if something has gone wrong, we're here to help.
Customs and import taxes
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs. Additional VAT costs might be charged and due in the country of import if dispatched to non-EU countries.
Proof of payment
Please be informed that with each order, we attach the proof of purchase in the form of an invoice.
Furniture assembly
All of our furniture is sent with dismounted legs (accordingly numbered) and to each parcel, we include a mounting kit. The whole assembly is extremely simple and intuitive and should take no longer than 10 min (as the body of the furniture will be all ready assembled).
Dimensional changes of the solid wood and risk of splitting, warping
Solid wood is a complex natural material and it may change in the presence of moisture, temperature difference, or upon high or low humidity.
We are proud to announce that we order and manufacture our furniture in A1 grade solid wood – corresponding to Q-SA – in accordance with EN 975-1 standard. Our wood has been properly dried, however sometimes splitting, warping or shrinkage may still occur due to the properties of solid wood.
If the furniture is shipped to drier or moister climates than the one prevailing in central Europe, a safer solution will be ordering furniture made of oak or walnut veneer which does not carry the aforementioned risk.
Shipping to Residential Areas
The service and delivery of the furniture includes only delivery to the ground floor and/or the front door.
Sending items valued at over $2500 to the United States
If the purchase exceeds $2500, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may have specific requirements. To streamline customs clearance, CBP may request the completion of CBP Form 5106, commonly referred to as the Entry Summary. Rest assured, we will take care of the form submissions on your behalf, eliminating any concerns on your part. Only your signature will be needed!
