I accept payment through Paypal and Etsy's credit card system.

Orders cannot be cancelled once item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order after the item is shipped, you may return the item in the same condition it was sent (bikini unopened, unworn with the tables still attached) for a refund of the item listing price, but will not be reimbursed on shipping costs.

Custom handmade bikinis cannot be refunded, but I'm happy to answer all your questions and problems.

Payment for patterns cannot be refunded after the pattern has been emailed or downloaded.

Made to order crochet bikini will take 3-5 business days after receipt of payment to be made. All items shipped will include a tracking number. I ship through Brazilian postal system ‘Correios’.

I am always happy to include a personalized note with a gift purchase! Just let me know if your item is a gift in the ‘Note to Seller’ during checkout, and write to tell me what you'd like your note to say.

Once your order has shipped, delivery from Brazil usually takes

- 14-21 business days to Australia, Asia, Canada, Europe & United States.

International packages ship International Flat Rate and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. I will not consider an international package to be lost until it has been 8 weeks. I am not responsible for any delays of post service due to holidays or weather conditions and any damage or loss caused by a postal service. Note that some countries have very strict Customs and might hold packages for long (this is especially true for the USA).

If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before your purchase and I will adjust shipping prices accordingly.

If an item is a custom ordered, additional time will be required to make the item and the shipping information will be included in the custom listing.

Due to each piece being tailor made, I CAN NOT accept refunds, but I will gladly offer to adjust your piece due to sizing error my part (please be sure to give very accurate measurements you can also contact me to send you information on how to measure yourself). I will work with you to make your purchase a perfect fit for you!

Please check your mailing address associated with Etsy and Paypal. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.
I am not responsible for any additional customs fees, VAT, duty, taxes or costs associated with international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's customs policies before ordering.

I do not include invoices/receipts on US orders unless requested, because these are available online. Please let me know if you need a receipt.

Patterns: Please specify your email address in the buyer's notes, or I will send to the address associated with your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you do not receive your pattern in 24 hours, please check your Spam folder, then contact me so I can re-send.
