All MockItGood products are digital mockup files only. No physical shirt, sweatshirt, apparel item, or other product will be shipped. You’ll receive the digital file(s) shown and described in the individual listing.

After your purchase is complete, your digital files will be available through your Etsy account. Go to Purchases & Reviews to access your download. Digital purchases generally cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so we recommend using a mobile browser or computer if you have trouble accessing your files. For bundle purchases, a link to the Google Drive will be shared within 24 hours of purchase.

Simply open your mockup in your preferred design program, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, or another compatible editing program, and place your PNG or design file over the blank apparel area. Adjust the size, placement, opacity, and blending settings until your design looks natural on the garment.

Yes! You may use your purchased MockItGood mockups to display and advertise your own designs and finished products in your Etsy shop, website, social media, marketing materials, or other online storefronts. This includes commercial use for promoting products you sell.

No. The original mockup file itself may not be resold, redistributed, shared, gifted, sublicensed, uploaded to another mockup marketplace, or included in another digital mockup bundle. Your purchase gives you permission to use the image to showcase your own designs; it does not transfer ownership of the original mockup.

No. MockItGood mockups may not be altered to create and redistribute additional mockup colors or variations. If you need another apparel color, check the MockItGood shop—we offer many colors and styles individually.

The mockups are intended to showcase your own artwork or product designs. The blank, unedited MockItGood image may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or presented as your own mockup photography.

We work to represent garment colors as accurately and realistically as possible. However, colors can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, editing, monitor settings, device displays, and manufacturer dye-lot variations. Mockup colors should therefore be considered a visual representation rather than a guaranteed exact color match.

Because MockItGood products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after files have been downloaded. If you experience an issue with your purchase or receive an incorrect file, please message us so we can help.
