How do I resize the mockup image to fit within Etsy's 10 MB file size limit?
Here's a great website for resizing images:

1. Upload your photo.
2. Resize for: "Custom"
3. Change the "Height" from 4000 px to 2000 px.
4. Click "download".
If you're using Canva.com, you can create a new design with the dimensions 2000 px (width) by 2000 px (height).

How can I "zoom in" on the design in my listing images?
When editing your listing, click on the "Adjust thumbnail" tool which is a black oval button located under all of the listing photos on the right. When you click on that "Adjust thumbnail" button it takes you to a window where you can zoom in or out on the product image. Click on "Apply" to save the changes.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a computer and go to your account in the top right corner.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
*If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
*Digital purchases cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.
*If you get an error message when you click Download Files, that might be because you purchased the files from a different Etsy account other than the one you're currently signed into.
How do I see new items added to Google Drive for The Whole Shop Pass?
"Refresh" your browser window for Google Drive and inside all of the folders so that new mockups appear. Also, a great way to search for mockups from the shop in Google Drive is to look at the SKU number in the Etsy listing title and then go find that same SKU number in the file name in Google Drive (just make sure you're looking in the correct folder.) The SKU numbers appear in sequential order. Also, when scrolling through each folder you may have to wait a moment for all of the image previews to load. Let me know if you still need help finding a particular mockup! :)
Mug Mockups
Currently, all of the mug mockups in my shop are digital photos in JPG format (not PSD Smart Object mockups.) I've created a tutorial that shows you how to overlay your PNG design (NOT a full wrap design) onto the .jpg file using the free website Photopea.com (just like Photoshop.)

A lot of customers use Canva.com to place their PNG design (NOT a full wrap design) on top of the mockup image (.jpg file) then lower the opacity a little bit so that it looks like the design is on the mug. I prefer Photopea.com because it gives your more realistic results! :)
