Personal orders:
We can produce any product in a different color or choose a different print.
There is no refund for personal orders.

Wholesale always exists with us:
1. When you purchase 2 products or more
2. If you need wholesale goods and you want to place my goods in your store, we will personally talk about discounts
Returns and exchanges
Purchase returns:
• When returning the goods, the buyer pays for the delivery
• After receiving the return and checking it for condition (the goods must be free of socks), I return the money to the buyer minus the amount of delivery.
•A product made according to individual measurements is not subject to exchange and return.
• Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% restocking fee.
Please note: Return shipping from the buyer’s country to Ukraine is at the buyer’s expense.
Etsy does not provide return labels for international sellers based in Ukraine.
Cancellations
I accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order enters the processing stage, and if cancelled, up to 20% of the total amount may be withheld to cover the cost of materials and time already invested in preparing the order.
