Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Changing the shipping address is only possible within two hours of placing the order.
Are exchanges or returns accepted?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order product, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or in the incorrect size/color. In this case, you must contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receiving your order. If your item(s) were lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are unsure about the size, please refer to our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images.
We will cover expenses for orders with faults on our part.
