What are your shipping times?

4 business days - 3 weeks.

Shipping times vary by items. Some items ship within 4 business days after purchase. These items are fabrics that we have on hand and can make and ship more quickly. Other items ship within 3 weeks after purchase. These are custom items or fabrics that we don't have on hand and have to order, wait to receive them, then start making.

Each listing has a shipping time stated near the bottom of the listing and in the shipping & policies tab under the listing pictures.

What is the difference between the Kona Cotton, Organic Knit, and Minky?

100% Kona Cotton:

* 100% premium quilters cotton fabric with a soft hand.
* Thread count: 60 x 60

Organic Cotton Knit:

* Soft with a little stretch.
* Certified organic cotton by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).

Minky:

* 100% polyester minky with a soft, smooth finish.
* Softest material out of all 3 choices. Slightly plush adding extra comfort for baby.
* Prints pretty, bold colors with zero fading after multiple washes.

We suggest ordering the minky fabric when choosing dark colors like black or navy.

Do you monogram orders with custom names?

No, we do not offer name personalization or monogramming at this time. We can however make bedding with names printed onto the fabric like our custom name swaddles.

Do you offer returns or exchanges if I change my mind or don't like the colors?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final due to the made to order nature of our items and if an order needs to be cancelled we ask that it is done so within 24 hours of ordering since that is when we begin the ordering/making process.

Can I choose my own fabric that isn't listed in your shop?

Yes! We have a whole section just for choosing your own fabric here:

All you have to do is select the listing(s) you are needing (Crib sheet, boppy cover, etc.), add to your cart, then put the link to your fabric choice from www.spoonflower.com in the note at checkout.

Do you make curtains, valances, cushion covers, or car seat accessories?

We do not make any of these items at this time.

Do you make Twin size bedding?

Can I get an item made for a double, full, queen, or king size bed?

We are not able to make any bedding larger than the twin size bedding at this time due to the width of our fabrics.
