Once I’ve shipped your order, the outcome is out of my hands.

Address/Order alterations, Cancelations, or Full Refund:
Yes, Only BEFORE order has been shipped.
Partial Refund:
Yes, only cost of the item if items were damaged (with proof)
Yes, only cost of shipping if order was lost in transit
Returns:
Yes, At buyers expense, Will refund the cost of the item MINUS the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges:
No, Please look at the policies above and/or reorder the corrected/preferred item.

Once your order is shipped: I do not allow order alterations or cancelations.
Once the order is delivered and the it is as listed: I do not allow refunds or exchanges.

I am WILLING to replace SMALL orders if they are lost or damaged (with proof of damage) 
replacement is NOT guaranteed
I will only replace a SMALL order up to 2 times per order.
SMALL orders are up to discretion, please contact me to discuss more.

If you need your order by a specific date/holiday please order your items at LEAST 2-3 weeks in advance to ENSURE your order arrives on time
Please let me know about your date/holiday so I can get it out as soon as I can but sometimes shipping can take up to 2 weeks during normal times and up to 3 during holiday seasons.
I also offer person expedited shipping for those on a deadline sooner than this.

For orders with just stickers, up to 2 one inch pins, or prints up to 11" x 8.5": Your order is always placed in a standard paper envelope. This means no tracking as I use a forever stamp (This keeps shipping costs low). An incorrect tracking number will be attached to the order because Etsy orders require tracking numbers even if they do not have one. Thank you for your understanding

All pins are drawn, printed, punched, and assembled by me in house. I order my own supplies meaning sometimes the material or look different from listing photo or between orders. The design, however, will always be the same.
