Modern Pop Decor
I started ModpopDeco in the summer of 2014. I had just graduated with my A.S degree in Art and Design. I couldn't wait to get started in creating and springing into the wild and thrilling adventures of my own small business!
We specialize in home décor, namely fine art prints and handmade foil prints. ModpopDeco is short for modern pop décor. Our goal is to make your house a home with our range of modern work that ranges from abstract alcohol ink paintings to precise anatomical art.
I love health, wellness, and skincare so I've amassed a large collection of anatomy art and esthetician art, many of which are displayed in numerous hospitals and clinics around the world. The human body is fascinating and our medical art pieces bring both style and function to any office décor.
I am excited to be one of the few shops on Etsy that can offer 11x14, 11x17, and 12x18 foil prints!

Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you decide that you do not like your print or would like an exchange, you have 30 days to return it in its original condition. Upon receiving of the print, given it meets my return requirements, I will refund your payment/send out your exchange print, but return shipping fees are your responsibility and I cannot refund the original shipping cost. Items are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure that the package is trackable and sturdy, as I cannot refund if the package is damaged or lost. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Packages are rarely damaged, but in the event that it happens, send me pictures of the damages within 5 business days of receiving the package.
In order for a print to be classified as damaged, it must be in really bad shape beyond repair such as, water damaged, ripped/torn, and/or severely crumpled. A small dent or small bent corner will not classify as damaged as these can easily be fixed by laying the print flat between two heavy books overnight.
As for the foil prints, due to the foil process which uses high temperature to fuse the foil to the design, small air bubbles may occur or small lines may occur. Though this is rare, it can be unavoidable at times. This does not mean that they are flawed nor damaged.
In order to receive a refund for a severely damaged print, please provide adequate and well taken photographs of the damages. In these cases of severely damaged prints, I will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping cost.
Rest assured, I pack my orders with protection and damaged packages are rare.

I have 2 shipping options:
The first shipping option is first class mail which typically delivers within 3-5 business days and includes tracking.
The second shipping option is Priority Mail which typically delivers within 2-3 Days and includes tracking. My current production time still applies with this option.
ALL DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED!
Shipping prices are determined by the cost of my mailing envelopes, supporting cardboard, cello sleeve,other shipping supplies, as well as USPS postage and is non-refundable.
In all cases, the buyer assumes responsibility for the item once it has shipped. Once the item has shipped, I have no control over transit time.
✯✯✯LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES✯✯✯
Packages are considered lost after 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) of shipping date. ONLY after that time will I refund or replace your order. Please understand that I am a small business, one person operation, and I pay for reorders and reshipping costs out of my own pocket.
✯✯✯PACKAGES RETURNED TO ME OR MISDELIVERED✯✯✯
I am not responsible if the order was delivered to the wrong address due to the buyer inputting an incorrect/incomplete or old address. If the package is returned to me, I will inform you of your options.
✯✯✯PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED✯✯✯
If tracking shows that your package is delivered and you have not received it or you can't find it, you will have to contact USPS to figure out the whereabouts of the package.
I cannot replace an order that is marked as delivered for free. The buyer will have to pay 10% of the original cost of the item and the shipping costs once again in order for me to resend the order. Please understand that I am a small business, one person operation, and it is not financially feasible for me to replace orders marked as delivered for free due to USPS misdelivering a package or if the package is stolen. The buyer assumes responsibility for the item once it has shipped.
✯✯✯INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING✯✯✯
Processing time for international orders is 3-5 business days.
PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE BASED IN THE U.S.A AND THUS YOUR ORDER MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL IMPORT FEES/TAXES. We are not responsible for those fees and we do not impose those fees/taxes to your order. Only your countries can impose those fees on you once they receive your package at customs and we cannot predict how much if any additional charges will be made. Again, we are not responsible for these additional charges, but you the customer are.
Delivery time may take up to 3 weeks more or less depending on the postal services and customs of your country.
IMPORTANT IF SENDING AS A GIFT TO INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS OR FAMILY
Many countries impose their own additional fees when importing merchandise. These customs fees, VAT fees, handling fees, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver of the package. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchasing to get an estimate if these are your concern.
If you are sending as a surprise gift, please be aware there may be a fee that the recipient may have to pay in order to receive it.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, I will do everything possible to ensure that you are 100% thrilled with your printable purchase.
No rights are transferred to the buyer. All digital items sold are for personal use only.

I do not sell frames. All of the frames displayed in my shop are for presentation only. However, many stores such as Michaels, IKEA, AC Moore, Kohl's, Walmart, and Target have a nice selection of affordable frames and matts for your art.
Everyone has their own taste in frames/home décor and know the space they have to accommodate framed art, which is one of the main reasons why frames are not sold in my shop.
✯✯✯CUSTOM ORDERS✯✯✯
Custom orders may take me up to 72 hours or more to complete depending on the complexity of the design and/or the amount of custom orders I may have at any one time. I will always keep you updated. Proofs are always shown before prints are put into production and upon your approval. Once approved, production time is 3 business days.
Payment is required before I begin working on any custom order. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with the proofs I show you, I will refund you 90-95% of the total purchase price. Reason being for the partial refund is due to the time it took me to work on the project.
Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. Proofs are always shown before the print is put into production.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add personalization to a print?
Yes, I offer free personalization if it is adding a name to a print only. Simply check out as usual and leave me a note of the name to be added. I will show you proofs for your approval before the print goes into production.
But if you are looking to add a quote or change an existing quote on a print, please message me first so we can work out the details.
Does this print come framed?
No. All of the frames displayed in my shop are for presentation only. However, many stores such as Michaels, IKEA, AC Moore, Kohl's, Walmart, and Target have a nice selection of affordable frames and matts for your art.
Everyone has their own taste in frames/home décor and know the space they have to accommodate framed art, which is one of the main reasons why frames are not sold in my shop.
Can I get this print as a digital download?
Yes! Please message me and let me know which print(s) you are interested in and the size you wish to print them out in. I will then prepare the file(s) for you and set up a custom product page to order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ! WE ARE AN U.S.A BASED STORE
Our prints come in standard US sizes (inches). We do not use the metric system. Please message us to inquire if we have any sizes available in your countries size standards.
Please be aware that we ship from the US and thus your order may incur additional imports fees/taxes upon your package arriving at your local countries customs office. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE FEES. It is you the buyer that is responsible for paying those import fees. We do not impose those fees onto you, but your country does. It is up to you the buyer to be aware of your countries import tax and customs fees obligations.
Shipping and Returns
I offer standard shipping (First Class Mail 3-5 business day) to US based customers for the majority of my items. I also offer shipping upgrades, such as Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping.
International shipping ranges from $9.95 to $18 depending on location. Expected delivery times ranges from 1 - 4 weeks depending on location.
These are all estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please understand that delays happen especially during any holiday and especially now during COVID.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
