I can't speak highly enough of Rhett. Great customer service, communication and workmanship. I had a unique situation looking to replace an existing through door mail slot that was not working well for our needs at all. Rhett was able to make a custom design modification of his existing tall mail slot to assure it addequately covered the through door height of our current slot and it would seal well from weather standpoint and still look great on installation. IInstallation went realatively smoothly. Recommend really double checking the dooro thickness for the sleeve dimensions before orderiong as we had to trim ours down 1/8". That's our iossue on specification, thohg not fault of seller. Also we had one minor issue with a door hinge spring on installation that we were able to address to assure proper functionality.

Though I hadn’t bought from this seller before I’m so happy I did. We are building a custom modern home and this box was perfect for that purpose. Thank you so much for the wonderful products, very well-made and packaged like something Apple would send you. 👏👏
