What can I do for fast shipping?
After adding your order to your cart, you can choose fast shipping options (rush and express). Your cargo will be delivered to you in a shorter time than usual.
Which brand do you use for t-shirts?
-Bella+Canvas for shirts, long sleeves, toddler, raglan and t-shirt.
-Gildan for sweatshirts and hoodies.
-Gerber for baby onesie.
Sizing details
Before ordering, please carefully review the sizes on the size cards to buy the most suitable size, it is your responsibility.
The design I like does not have the size I want. What can I do ?
Did you like a nice shirt? But he doesn't have a sweatshirt. Or a nice sweatshirt doesn't have a baby onesie. Just send me a message.
Return & Exchange
Being a small online home office store, I do not keep stock and I prepare orders on the selected color and size. I have no chance to resell returns so I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, I will be happy to send you a new one! Just send us a photo of the incorrectly received t-shirt within 2 days of delivery. We do not accept returns/exchanges as everything is made to order.
When will I receive my package?
The delivery time of the shipment may vary depending on your location, the workload of the shipping company, or weather conditions.
Please check your estimated delivery date. If your cargo is delayed, check your tracking number. Then, if your cargo is delayed on the way, please contact the cargo company first and then me.
What should I do if there is something I want to change or cancel on my order?
In order to provide you with a fast service, I try to prepare your order quickly. Therefore, you can make changes and cancellations within 2 hours after placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be sent as is. In the event of an incorrect order and we cannot contact you for the necessary corrections, I may hold the order for 1-2 days to prepare the product. If I do not receive a response within this period, I may have to cancel the order.
