All Model City Polished are five free and mixed by hand. We do not buy from suppliers who do animal testing but beyond that we can not guarantee vegan or cruelty free. That is why we do not advertise being Vegan or Cruelty Free even though most likely they are.
Batches can vary slightly due to being mixed by hand but we do try to ensure the most consistent products possible. Some settling may occur but generally a light shake or roll will fix this.
I do have felines in my home and I try my best to ensure all products are properly cleaned to avoid allergy irritation. If you are allergic and this is a concern, please let me and I will take even more precautions with your order. All products are mixed in a smoke free home.

Returns and exchanges
This is custom polish and I try to describe the polish as best as possible. I test all products before selling but cannot know for sure sometimes if my supplier changes suppliers. If you get a bottle that you feel is defective within 6 months of purchase please contact me so we can resolve the problem. I also swatch every bottle before shipping to guarantee the perfect bottle. I cannot offer a refund but will work with the customer as best as possible. Each case will be handled on an individual basis.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards direct through Etsy. I understand some people dislike using credit cards so I will accept a cashiers check or money order upon approval. I will hold the item for seven days while waiting for payment, after that I must put the item back up for sale.
Shipping
NOTICE!!!!!! If you have purchased during our closeout sale please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I have never had to take that long but due to sale popularity, I like to extend my shipping times to be safe. Thank you so much for your support and if you have any questions or concerns, please send me a message.
All packages will be shipped with a tracking number, if available by country. Once parcel leaves the country, buyer accepts all responsibilities. This includes any due import taxes or confiscated packages. If for any reason your package is damaged please contact me immediately. I will ship all paid orders, in most cases, placed before 6:00 PM central time next day, excludes shipping on Sunday.
