Item never shipped and seller stopped answering messages. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter who no longer has her heart horse. I understand quality craftsmanship takes time but it should have been here by now. I never even received picture updates.

The seller never shipped the item and stopped answering messages. Waited 3 months and had to open a case with Etsy to get a refund.

I bought a custom of my Mum’s horse Bounty as a Christmas Present for her, and we’re both blown away! The paintwork is so high quality and the model really captures everything we loved about him. I would 100% buy from this seller again!!

My once-in-a-lifetime horse passed away last year, after being with me for nearly 20 years. One of the hardest parts has been not being able to just look at him anymore. With this model, I feel like I can “look” at him again. She knocked it out of the park. The detail is incredible, and I would recommend to anyone!

I ordered this for a friend as a memorial for the horse she just lost. The seller was in constant communication with me giving me updates of the progress. It looks exactly like the horse!! It’s amazing. I’ve already ordered another one!
