What are your turnaround times for proofs and shipping?
Invitations/Digital
First proof within the turnaround time selected at checkout.
Invitations/Printed
First proof within 3 business days. Print orders are printed within 7 days of proof approval then shipped with USPS Priority 2-3 day mail.
Blankets/Pillow Covers
First proof within 3 full business days. Blanket orders are printed and shipped within 7-24 days from approval.
Do you offer printing of invitations and other files?
Yes, we do. Our invitations are beautifully printed on quality thick, smooth 110 pound cardstock for wonderful color and a luxurious appearance sure to impress your guests. You can order printing via the dropdown in the invitation listing. For matching items like thank you notes, raffle and inserts you can order printing from the “Printing” section of our shop or through this link https://goo.gl/BMuXPX Just contact us with any questions.
Can you print a file designed by someone else?
Yes, our amazing print service is available for designs other than just our own. However, we cannot print anything that contains characters or images that are trademarked without a license from the original designer. Contact us for more info.
How do I get to and print my INSTANT DOWNLOAD digital files?
Instant download files need to be accessed from a computer not a phone or other device. If your order is a INSTANT DOWNLOAD it will be marked as such and you will get a email to the address on file with etsy. Also downloads are available on your “Purchases and Reviews” Page (Click on “You” in the top navigation bar, then click “Purchases and Reviews” . Please do not leave an email address in the order notes as we will not see it.
Do you offer other colors? Can You Match Colors?
Do you offer other colors?
The colors on most of our invitation and blanket designs can be changed. We list many items in multiple colors. With extensive changes, some designs may incur a customization charge depending on the scope of the changes. Just contact us to discuss your changes.
Can you match a color exactly?
Printed colors may vary slightly from the colors on screen. Monitor settings can affect your color results.
For invitations, if you are trying to match colors, please request a sample to print before ordering.

According to the World Health Organization “Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
Are you still open? Are there production delays?
Yes, we are open and running on schedule with very little shortages or delays. Our manufacturers are following the CDC guidelines to help keep everyone safe. We are not expecting any issues or delays. If that should change, we will let you know right away.
Can you ship my gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can. Even if you cannot get together with your loved one, we can get the package to them for you.
