5 out of 5 starsI purchased a gorgeous glass toucan. The piece was carefully packed with foam, bubble wrap and shipping peanuts. I appreciate it was secured with plastic wrap and not packing tape as it was easier to safely unwrap.

If the buyer decides to cancel purchases please message as soon as possible. If shipping is already arranged refunds for shipping may not be possible.

What if the item arrives damaged?
Insurance is recommended for large items shipped via freight. Additional cost for insurance is set by the courier establishment. Shipping and/or insurance quotes will be provided when available.
Please inspect item(s) right away when the item arrives. If issues occur inform shipper AND the shop right away. Items are in described condition as stated in the listing. However the shop is not responsible for issues that arise once the item(s) are in the couriers possession.
Memo Policy
Modern Forum offers memos/rental/loan on items for clients. Please check in to see if the item is available for such services.
All memos/rental/loan require an agreed purchase amount and duration. All items must be returned in its pictured and stated condition.
Client must make necessary arrangements for transportation of item. Modern Forum can assist in these arrangements upon request.
Any damage incurred during the transportation provided by client and/or loan period will result in the purchase of that item using original listing price via the credit card that was used at time of item pick-up. We reserve the right to decline having any item repaired.
