Is there a physical product shipped to me?
No, all items listed in my shop are digital downloads which are received instantly upon payment. There is no physical item sent to your home address.
Where can I download my purchase?
If you purchased the item as a guest, you'll find a link to your files are in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book.
If you checked out using an Etsy account, go to You > Purchases and Reviews, and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Downloadable files become available after payment is processed so it may take a few minutes to show up.
