She offered a refund or to ship what she had with a refund of the partial amount. I accepted the offer of shipping what she had and the partial refund. The shipping was prompt, the refund was prompt and the material was packaged very nicely and is gorgeous!

5 out of 5 starsTula Pink charm squares are beautiful, arrived in perfect condition. Although tracking shipment info was off a bit, order arrived in expected amount of time. Katrina was wonderful, she contacted me as soon as she knew there was a problem and gave me a discount coupon on top of her reassurances. Will buy again, probably more Tula Pink!
