After I confirmed it stuck great and was ready to submit an order, she was so helpful and patient with sending me previews of all the different style combinations I wanted to see. I will absolutely be back if I need any more larger decals in the future!

Can I change the design a little bit?
We can do that! You can customize any of our catalog designs! Don't like a particular aspect? No problem! We can tweak it or even make you a brand new design just let us know what you are thinking!
Can I receive a custom size from the listed sizes?
Absolutely! If you want your design to fit a particular space perfectly let us know! Just send us in the notes the space you want it to fit in and we will do our best to size the design perfectly for your area! It's that easy! If it is minor we may not charge for the difference however if it is significant there may be an additional charge or a discount given depending if you wanted to go bigger or smaller. Much of the same prep process is the same on all the sizes so we take this into consideration.
I'm not so sure about the color?
No problem! Send us a note and before we ship your order we will send you a free sample of the colors you are debating about! That way you can be absolutely sure the color is spot on!
I am not sure if the design will look good in the color choices and font I chose?
We totally understand your concern! When you check out just ask to see a proof and we are happy to send you the look of your design before we manufacture it so you can give the final approval. Just let us know in the notes!
Are your products safe for my home?
Yes! Our products are made from lead free, non-toxic indoor vinyl.
Are these decals re-usable?
No, they are not re-positionable or re-usable like wall clings are. However unlike decal clings our vinyl wall decals are made from very thin indoor vinyl material that is made to mold and shape the wall creating a beautiful hand painted look.
