The shipping and handling fee are worldwide free including shipping insurance, when nothing other is descript in the item offer. The shipping and handling fee includes the costs for handling, packing material and postage. We pack all items save with bubble warp, polystyrene chips and stable boxes. This applies to all regular parcels up to 20 kg with economic shipping from Germany to your home. For shipping specials (faster shipping or courier...), please feel free to ask us. The item specific cost can also be higher (with shipping of furniture or items with irregulare measures, bulk goods, valuable goods, etc, depending upon weight, size and shipping service). Please send your inquiries by eMail.
For specific shipping special inquiries, please providing your country and ZIP code must to be made for shipping abroad. The costs of return, including liability for loss and damage, as well as custom duties on return shipping are for account of the Buyer. Not prepaid, say, cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
Item return: Complaints can be accepted only within 3 days of item receipt. Won items can only be returned in mutual agreement within 7 days after item delivery, however in the Buyer’s agreement to the fact that all delivery costs incurred ( fees and tariffs, which refer to the article, as well as paid shipping costs) will not be returned. Full refunding is only performed if the given data and uploaded illustrations ( excluding colour deviations through photographic depiction) in the item description do not correspond to the item delivered. Of course, this excludes subjective and emotional statements in the item description, because for example something beautiful or sweet is evenly still a personal thing and not a reason for item return.
