Can handmade plugs be returned?
Yes, they can be returned, but only if the sealed bag they are in is unopened. For hygenic reasons, I cannot accept returns on any plugs if the sealed bag has been opened. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders require a non refundable deposit. Once item is completed you have up to 2 weeks to finish any final payments there may be left. If you do not complete the transaction within 2 weeks the item will be canceled and you will forfeit your rights to it.
