After processing, shipping times are as follows:

US Orders: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer faster shipping options during checkout.

International Orders: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer faster shipping options during checkout.

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.

Yes! Digital proofs are available upon request after placing an order. Please note that while we’re happy to provide one, it may slightly delay the processing of your order.

If you’d like a digital proof, simply leave a note in the “Note to Seller” box at checkout requesting a proof. We’ll then send you your proof via Etsy Messenger for approval before processing your order.

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us ASAP!

We will do our best to make the necessary corrections. But please note that once your order has been printed and shipped out we cannot make any changes.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

If an undeliverable package is returned to us, we will re-ship them it to the correct address. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping charges.

For custom printed orders, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

For non-customized orders, we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for return shipping instructions.

In the rare event that your mug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will reprint and send you out a new one.

If you contact us within 2 hours of purchase, we can cancel your order.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for orders that arrive later than expected.

Etsy's estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed shipping date.

Yes, Kristin can create a custom mug design for you! But she only has limited availability to create designs, so please contact us before placing an order.

Please also note that creating the custom artwork, revisions, production, and shipping can take 2-3+ weeks.
