Shipping & Delivery Process

After receiving the order, we sew your products in 2-3 days and ship with Fedex Express.
Delivery to the Eurore is 2-3 days.
Delivery to the USA is 4-9 days.

Delivery Issues

Supplying the correct delivery address is buyer's responsibility. If the order can not be delivered owing to wrong address details, buyer is going to be the responsible for any additional cost which will occur. If the pack gets returned back to us, reverse shipping cost and any possible expense which might occur such as customs clearence expense or any other will be summed and deducted from the total amount which is paid by you and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. Any bill or invoice will be shared for you to see as a proof.

We are going to prepare the shipping cosignment according to all the informations which are supplied by the buyer. We are not responsible for any customs tariffs or customs costs that may occur in the buyer's country.

However, all shipments to the USA will be sent with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) delivery option.

** No extra charges will be requested from customers upon delivery.
