4 out of 5 starsIt does help with protection but wish it covered more of the fork tube, about 1/5th of it is still exposed, i felt like that's a design flaw. Can definitely be designed to still snap in place while covering the entire tube.

Hi Simon, thanks for the feedback. We've made many attempts to adjust the design and the current version is optimized for a snap-fit. We use PETG-CF filament for outdoor / UV stability, toughness, stiffness and the nice matte finish. The tradeoff to stiffness is lower flexibility. PLA filament is slightly more flexible and offers slightly more coverage but the part will warp in the sun. Unfortunately the only option to completely cover the upper fork tubes with a solid cover is to disassemble the front end from the triple tree and slide a complete cylinder over the tube before reassembly. We're happy to send you a full cylinder option if you'd like to go that route, otherwise please let us know if you come across another snap-fit design that we could try.
