Hi, I’m Sam, the maker behind MojoBerry Studio.
I’ve always been happiest when I’m creating. Whether it's crochet, macramé, fibre art, weaving, or experimenting with new ideas, making things by hand has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Every piece in my shop is designed and handmade by me in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I love combining colour, texture, and natural fibres to create unique pieces that bring warmth, personality, and a little bit of joy into everyday spaces.
People often ask where the name MojoBerry Studio came from. One day, my dog Mojo and I were out in the backyard picking berries when the name suddenly popped into my head. It felt perfect and stuck immediately. Only later did I discover that "mojoberry" is actually the name of a real fruit—who knew?!
When I'm not making things, you'll usually find me near the water, cheering on my kids at a soccer field, surrounded by yarn, or thinking about my next project. My craft room is permanently one project away from complete chaos, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
