1 out of 5 starsNever received this item. Said it was due to be delivered on a date and never received. NO shipping or tracking number provided. After waiting patiently...(4 weeks) contacted business now awaiting a refund.

4 out of 5 starsI liked the item. I didn't like the lack of communication from the seller. I HAD TO contact her first to find out when my photo was shipping. That's Not a good way to do business, especially with a new customer. I AM UNDERSTANDING if someone is on vacation, etc., BUT the seller should courteously inform customers, not leave them hanging. She also mixed me up with an international order! The pic was great, customer service kinda not. Sorry, but I have proof of all I've stated. Then, the picture was delayed by the seller's post office misdirection. The seller Admitted she's had problems with her local post office. Why use them then?? I would've paid a little more shipping if it was sent FedEx. ( For example)

1 out of 5 starsI didn't receive the item I payed for plus payed extra for priority shipping, received the item 11 days after order was placed.

I am very sorry for this experience. My policies explain that it takes up to 5 days for each print to be made and my pieces are shipped after that. Priority shipping was made within an hour of me receiving the print. I contacted the customer throughout the process. A full refund was issued and the customer was not asked to return the 12x18 print they received. This is the only time I have had a problem like this. And I apologize again
