I've been making candles for nine years. I love the texture of soy wax, so I rarely make container candles. I prefer to let the surface of the wax be as important as the colors and shapes are. One thing that bothers me about mass-produced candles is how strongly scented they are. I try to keep my candles on the more moderately-scented side. All my candles are hand-poured in small batches. I try to make use of re-purposed and recyclable materials in my packaging, and try to avoid using plastic in my packaging as much as possible. I also try to source locally as much as possible.
