In the event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact me. You have 3 days upon receiving your item to contact me, then up to 7 days to return the item to me. Mistakes happen, I do understand that, so if there is a problem with sizing, once you ship item back to me at your cost, I'll happily fix it. With that said, I will only fix sizing issues within the time frame stated above. The item must come back in original condition, clean and unused. You will be responsible for the return shipping on your item. Your item should I deem it in good condition, can and will be resold if you no longer wish to claim it. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Most items are made to order. All orders ship USPS either First Class (3-5 Business Days) or Priority (1-3 Business Days, if upgraded). Every shipped item will have a tracking number. I track every package to make sure it arrives. Once I ship your item, I have no control over it (delays). I do also have an option to add insurance to your order. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If your not sure on what size to order, do message me. ALL items are US sizes, not sure why it sometimes my listings show UK sizes.

We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of MomaBCrochet and cannot be used without our permission.

"Customs and Duty fees are assessed by the government in your own country. Imported goods are subject to these taxes in the same way you would pay sales tax at a local retailer.

Refunds will not be given if you "accidentally" purchase a PDF Pattern download. It is stated 3 times that it is a pdf file download and not an actual item.

I recommend adding insurance to protect you against loss or damage during shipping. If you chose not to add insurance and your package is lost or damaged by USPS, I will NOT provide a refund. Insurance is $1.00 and the link is in every listing.
