Yes, cancellations are possible depending on timing and personalization:

✅Within 24 hrs: no fee
✅After 24 hrs, before production: 10% fee
✅After production: restocking/admin fee applies
✅Once shipped: cannot cancel

Important for Corjl Personalized Items:
- All listings that use Corjl are charged when the customer logs in, even if no changes are made.
- To cover this, a small Corjl cancellation fee of $2 applies if you log in to Corjl and then cancel.

Please provide all info in the Personalization and How to Order sections so your order can be processed. I’ll contact you if information is missing. If there’s no response after 4 attempts, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are canceled and subject to a 50% administrative fee.

Due to current policy changes at USPS, I can no longer offer replacements or refunds. Based on USPS new policy, the customer must take the damage items to the post office for inspection. Thus I cannot offer any replacements or refunds. My claims are getting denied because the customer needs to go into the post office. Im truly sorry about the inconvenience, but this is their new policy.

Please know that my items are shipped in perfect condition. Any damage sustain was caused by the mail carrier. Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over it.

You may submit a second order so you get replacements, and wait for USPS to refund you the first order.
