Abandoned, Unclaimed or Misdirected Packages
There are NO refunds for abandoned, unclaimed or misdirected packages. Buyer is responsible for using their complete and proper address, as the shipping labels are printed directly from this information.
If the shipping agent determines that there is not a safe place to leave the package, buyer is responsible for setting up redelivery or pick-up of their package. Seller will not replace or refund any packages that buyer has failed to retrieve from the shipping agent in a reasonable time and the package is lost. If package is returned to the seller, seller will refund purchase costs minus any postage paid.
