As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.

I send the ready made dresses within 2 days with Airmail. You can upgrade to a courier delivery if you need the dress sooner. Please contact me for details.
You can purchase the shipping upgrade in my shop.

I ship everything from the UK. Taxes & duties are not part of shipping costs and are not charged by me. In some cases - for the items below £150 Etsy charges and handles VAT/GST.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery to US, 3 weeks to Canada and Australia for Airmail. Courier delivery to US usually takes 2-3 working days, to Canada and Australia 1 week. To European countries it is 2 working days with couriers and up to 1 week with airmail.

Both our standard size and made to measure dresses are custom made to order.
They will take approximately 2-3 weeks to make. However, if you need a dress sooner than this please check our 'Ready to Ship' section in my shop for immediate shipping. Or you can contact me as sometimes I am able to do a rush order depending on my order book.
