If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unworn items:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Please ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery
• Unfortunately we can't accept returns for personalized items and intimate items (earrings)
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

For Necklaces & Bracelets: The length of an item is the TOTAL length, which measured from end to end when laying flat.

Please choose your desired length from the scroll down list at checkout.

All items are shipped in a pretty GIFT BOX and they are ready to be given as a gift to your favorite person. You can see our wrapping in most of our listings pics.

If you are buying multiple items - We will package them all together in ONE gift box. If you would like separate boxes (bigger envelope), please add a message to your order.

Each gift box is shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to protect its precious content :)

For all our 14k gold filled, gold plated and Sterling Silver items, we recommend on the following caring tips in order for your items to last longer:

Please store your new jewelry in a cool place away from sunlight and moisture, best in an air tight closed zip-lock bag or a closed jewelry case.

Don't sleep with it or shower in it, avoid perfume, deodorant or body lotion. Never wear it in a swimming pool or ocean.

Regularly clean your jewelry with a cotton cloth after each use and it will always look bright and beautiful!

Please make sure your shipping address given on your order is correct and up to date.

All orders are shipped from ISAREL to selected countries worldwide.

• Processing time is usually between 1-5 business days.
• Shipping time is usually between 7-14 business days.
• We offer expedited shipping via DHL express (2-5 days) for extra fee.

Please note that these periods are ESTIMATED and can take longer.
We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or undelivered items.

Wrong address - Undelivered packages will return back to our local warehouse and we will happily reship them for an extra re-shipping cost.
