GENERAL QUESTIONS

CONCERNS ABOUT PRODUCT(S):
To find majority of the answers to all your questions (sizing, finish, material, etc.), Please check the item description before messaging about any questions that you may have.

SPEED OF DELIVERY:
Orders should take between 1-3 weeks to arrive, but please understand that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the current state of shipping operations. Due to the current circumstances, including increased demand for shipping services and global supply chain disruptions, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please note that while I do my best to ensure that your orders are shipped out in a timely manner, once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier, any delays are unfortunately out of my control.

DELAYED SHIPPING / ADDRESS CHANGE:
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, it can result in significant delays and additional fees for reshipping. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible (within 24 hours), so that I can update the information before your order ships.

LOST ORDERS:
Please know that I take great care to package and ship your orders promptly and securely, but unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items due to issues with the postal service. Tracking information is offered for most orders, so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

RETURNS:
Aside from certain circumstances, all orders will be final sale. However, please contact me through Etsy message if you have any questions or concerns regarding the products, and I will do my best to personally resolve the issue for you.

RESPONSE TIME:
Please reach out to Etsy message for all your questions. All messages through Etsy generally gets responses no later than 24 hours.
