Where can I download my digital printable files?
To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Please note:
You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a computer.
I purchased a set print, but I only received a PDF file with text.
The set prints are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy. But don't worry! Download is going to be easy as others.
Open the PDF file > Flick the black "DOWNLOAD HERE" button > Internet bowser will pop up with google drive page > download all the zip file that you see.
How do I open the .zip files?
To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select "EXTRACT FILE" that should open up a new folder with your jpg files.
iPhone:
Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file or archive you want to uncompress. Tap the ZIP file or archive. A folder is created containing the files.
Android phone:
Download and install files by Google or another file manager app to locate and extract the contents of the ZIP file.
How do I print this artwork?
1. Print instantly at home
2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco or Staples
3. Upload the files to an online printing service like Printful
You can do a quick google search for "online printing" and see which options are available in your area.
How to ensure print quality?
Images should not pass any compression software or messenger apps, which would reduce the image quality.
