If I forgot to put all the information for customization what would happen
I will contact you immediately through Etsy. If I do not get response on time I will choose the font and best matching thread color for you.
If initials are missing I can not monogram without initials and if I do not get response with in 10 days I will ship without customization ad refund you the difference.
What order initials should go?
I make it in the order you put the letters. Last name initial should go in the middle for monogramming women items.
Where should I put my monogramming customization information?
Before you adding the item in your cart there is a personalization box. You may add your notes there. Also you may leave me a note at check out.
If you are not seeing the customization box you need to update the app you are using.
Can I get something different than what you have in the listing? Such as logo instead of monogramming?
Yes. Please contact me so I can open a special order for you.
Where is my order?
I will ship your order with in the shipping and handling time specified on the listing. If there is a delay more than 3 days I will inform you. Once I ship out you will receive a shipment notifications. You may track your order through the tracking link at your order page.
Please note once your order shipped out with the shipping method if your choice, I do not have any control over. You may call Usps customer service or visit USPS website to get more information.
