Important Production Information:

Because most of our products are handmade with care, they require an 8-10 week turnaround time from the date of order to completion. We believe in quality craftsmanship, and this timeframe allows us to ensure every item meets our high standards.
Once your order is complete, we'll send you photos for your final approval before shipping. This way, you can be sure you're getting exactly what you envisioned!

Refund Eligibility by Production Stage:
0–48 hours after purchase
Refund: 100%
Your order has not yet entered active production. You may cancel for a full refund.

Week 1–2 of production
Refund: Up to 75%
Materials have been purchased and initial prep work has begun.

Week 3–4 of production
Refund: Up to 50%
Significant labor has been completed and materials have been committed to your order.

Week 5–6 of production
Refund: Up to 25%
Your piece is well into the build phase. Only a partial refund may be available.

Week 7–10 (final production window)
Refund: Not guaranteed
Your order is in late‑stage production or nearing completion. At this stage, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of the work and the labor already invested.

If I must cancel an order for any reason, you will receive a full refund, per Etsy policy.
