3D Print Time
I can typically get an item printed and ready to ship in under 7 days. If wait times are longer than the items ship date in the listing , it will be displayed via a ship message on my main Etsy page. You can get an accurate ship time per item directly from the listing in the Shipping section.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade custom nature of our products, and being a small shop, we do not accept returns. We do however accept exchanges if there is any defect with your item at no additional cost to you.
If there is a circumstance where a return is required, the buyer will need to pay for return shipping, and the refund will not include the original shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you.
We do now offer returns to our UK and EU customers to meet their retail laws.
When will I get my stuff?
Please check the Shipping and Policies section of the listing. It will have an accurate ETA. Any delays 3-4 days past the expected date and we will give you an update with the new date.
Do you take commissions?
Sometimes! If the project is right and fits into our current working schedule then we can quote you for a custom order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We now ship to select countries outside the USA! For normal tracking and shipping speed, choose Priority Mail International, for a more budget friendly option, choose Standard International (Global Postal Shipping). The budget friendly option will have slower tracking only available through Etsy, but it does significantly save with the shipping cost and so far we have had good success with it :)
What’s your favorite art form?
Thanks for asking! It’s traditional clay sculpting but I’m leaning more towards 3D Printing for the time being!
The item I want is showing sold out. Will it be back?
Yes! We make our items once they’re purchased (Made to Order) and we restock each listing daily Mon-Sat.
Are your items ready to ship?
No, our items are made to order, meaning we make them in order they were received after the order is placed.
Do your masks come with straps?
For the most part no. If the image does not show a strap, there is no strap included. We offer the occasional fully finished and painted mask that may come with a strap. Check the Item Details in the listing you’re interested in to see if it comes with a strap.
