5 out of 5 starsI needed a model for a DnD character's animal companion. The maker returned my messages quickly and sized the figure to a smaller size that was perfect for the character. I got the print very quickly ( caveat, I live in the same state). They were perfect. I will definitely order again from this shop. Great product and great service.

4 out of 5 starsItem shipped as 3 pieces which fit together loosely. Base is a bit unsteady so be careful as the top is fragile, especially the bow, arrow, and snakes. I'm gluing mine together and need to glue the bow on after a fall.
