WORLDWIDE ORDERS
We know that international shipping takes time — and your patience means the world to us. As a thank you for your patience, each international order comes with a small handmade token. Additionally, we offer complimentary engraving on select pieces for international orders. You can add a name, a date, or a word that means something to you. Thank you for placing yours in our hands.
Warranty
We take pride in every piece of jewelry we create. Each item comes with a 120-day warranty against any manufacturer defects, starting from the delivery date. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange/return. Must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the package. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you received free shipping at time of your purchase we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from refunded amount.
Any items that are customized are not returnable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.
