Once I received it, it was beautifully packaged and the owner wrote a personalized, sweet message. Beautiful crystals, and all the items inside had excellent quality! 3 out of 5 starsReally loved the idea of gifting a spell to a friend but box arrived warped/wet and in place of a real feather, there was a paper feather 'bookmark' along with a printed card explaining it was a bookmark? Took away from the visual authenticity of the kit. It did arrive before Christmas which was great! No issues with shipping.

Dear Lauren, Please accept our sincere apologies for the box arriving wet. We assure you it was sent completely intact, very well packaged & certainly dry :) I am sure you are aware Christmas time shipping is precarious. Post office sometimes delivers packages in different condition than they were sent. I wish you would've contacted us before leaving negative review, I would have been happy to replace your box. As far as the feather - we were only using cruelty free feathers in our kits, they were used to represent an element of AIR and manifestation. As we were no longer able to source cruelty free feathers, we have replaced them with beautiful bookmark feathers. The card does not explain that it's a bookmark, it talks about the significance of feather as a SYMBOL ~ please read it again.
