If you are not happy with the purchase, please contact me first within 14 days of delivery. After the communication, you may ship the item back within 30 days of delivery and I will then refund or ship the exchanged one back to you within 14 days after I have received the item. You may ask for an exchange for the item you purchased, or another item in the store with the same value. The shipping fee is covered by the customer.

Do I get a full refund if I return?

No. You will get the full item price minus the shipping fee I have already covered to send you the item.

If you find something and would like me to make an identical or similar one, please take a picture of the item and then contact me. Based on the materials and time needed, I will tell you know the price. Thank you.

For 14k parts and chains:
1. 14k parts and chains do get tarnished eventually (around 6 months to 1 year), so please do not expect the color never gets changed.
2. Many life habits can harm your 14k parts and chains. For example, if you shower with the jewelry on, the piece will get tarnished sooner. Other factors, such as the high humidity level, can also have an influence on your jewelry.
3. To extend the shine, you may purchase a prevent-tarnish coating/spray and coat your jewelry (only the metal part). Amazon has many different brands and you can choose the one you like.

For freshwater pearls:
1. Many life habits harm the radiance of the pearls. For example, you spray perfume or take a shower without taking the pearl jewelry off.

2. If you sweat a lot, you can gently wipe the pearl jewelry using a damp clean towel and then place the jewelry in a jewelry box.

3. Pearls are organic gemstones, so they need to breathe. Do not put pearls in a sealed plastic bag.

If the item is broken in 3 months, please contact me. I will repair it for free for you. I will also cover the shipping.

All lengths provided on the listing is the length I'll make. If the item has big beads to take up the space, you might want to add an inch, so it won't be extremely tight.

The length of the product is measured including the clasp. For example, for a 7 inches pearl bracelet, the pearl section may only be 6.5 inches and the rest 0.5 inches is the length of the clasp. If due to certain uncontrollable reasons such as the size of the bead and the length cannot be exact, the length will be a little longer (0-0.5 inches). If you are not sure about the length, please contact me.

All freshwater pearls are natural pearls, which means that they can't be identical to another one. Think about them as human beings. It's very unlikely to find two human beings that are exactly identical to each other. Unless the item pictured has not been sold, all items made later will have to use another pearl different from the one you see in the picture. Please be aware. If you only want the one pictured, please do not purchase. Thanks.

Pearls are natural gemstones. They are made by pearl oysters. Perfect pearls (perfect shape, perfect luster, perfect texture, etc.) are extremely rare and of course, very pricy. If you want a perfect pearl, please do not make a purchase. Thanks.

How do I pick the pearls?
I pick the pearls mainly considering the luster. If the pearl has some obvious issue, for example, the pearl has lost its luster, or the pearl has a hole, it won't be picked for sure. However, again, please do not expect that the pearls will be 100% perfect.
