We are offering two different shipment methods.

1: STANDART Priority Mail Service. || NO delivery confirmation and NO tracking number ||

This is the most affordable way to ship our items to you.

If you choose this option we will not be able to truck and have more info about you package untill it has being delivered. If you choose this method from the dropdown menu we can not be held resposible for delays with delivery.

2: REGISTERED mail with a Signature on delivery and Truck number is available for additional USD 6,-

If you prefer Registered Mail Service, please make sure there will be authorised person for signature on delivery.

The Ready to ship items and our Clearance section items go out generaly in 1-5 days.

It normaly takes : 3-7 business days for EU destinations,
from 6 business days to 3 - 4 weeks for the US , Canada, Australia and all other destinations.

Some times during the year, rarely, but it happen, due the national festivity or severe wheather or different human causes your order can suffer some delay with delivery.
Once it is out of my hands there is nothing I can do to rush.
I do refund of your order if Only you use our Registered mail cervice and there are almost two full months from the date of your order and still nothing arrives.

We do our best to represent the items in their real colour and shape, but we are not professional photographers, so some slight differences in the color tone/shade of the website's photo and the actual item may happen.

We reccomend Hand wash Only for all our knits.
Use warm water mild wooly detergent.
Squeeze delicately the exceed water and lay flat to dry.
