We had some miscommunication in the beginning, but they stayed patient and continued working with me through several updates until I received the product I wanted. Despite the revisions, my order still arrived in a timely manner. The fans were smaller than I expected, but the craftsmanship is top tier. Overall, I’m very pleased with the final product.
