Since each item is made specifically to order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, what happens if your product arrives damaged:
- damaged products or errors: If there is an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right.
- important for refund/replacement: A refund or replacement for damaged products will only be issued once the original item has been returned to me.
- lost items: 14-day timeframe from the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for orders that aren’t marked as delivered) for customers to report any issues.

I am so sorry if that happens, that is not the experience I want for my customers! Please send me a photo and your order number — I’ll happily send you a free replacement as soon as possible.

My products are printed and shipped by professional print partners (mainly in the US and Europe).
Based on your location the closest provider will be used to fulfill your order. This helps reduce delivery times and ensures high print quality.

Wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent.
Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low — this keeps your print fresh and bright for longer!
💳 9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within one hour after purchase.
