Welcome to the Etsy shop Moosart! Thank you so much for your visit. I hope you enjoy looking around my shop. Maybe to get inspiration for yourself or because my work appeals to you and you may want to buy something from it. In my shop you will find handmade ceramics, linocuts, watercolors and a number of acrylic paintings. My ceramic is glazed with lead-free glazes. I will regularly add new work to my shop! If my work appeals to you, I'm happy if you add me to favorites. See heart at the top of the page.

Payment

Moosart accepts credit card, PayPal, iDeal. After receiving payment of the purchase amount and shipping costs, your purchase will be sent within 3 working days.

Shipping

Moosart uses standard shipping via POST NL. The shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the item. Moosart does its best to keep these costs as low as possible for the buyer!

If you prefer shipping without track and trace, that is possible. This choice means that Moosart cannot follow the package. If the package gets lost in the mail or damaged, this is a risk for the buyer.
If the country of shipment is not listed, please send Moosart a message for the shipping costs.

All flat work is sent in sturdy well-protected (bulging foil) envelopes. The work itself sits between acid-free paper. Ceramics will be shipped in a package. Moosart uses recycling in packaging wherever possible. This may look less beautiful but is better for the environment and cost-saving.

All purchases will be sent to the mailing address you provided when you registered on Etsy!

Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for customs delays.

Additional policies and FAQs

If you want more information or if you have any questions, please contact us via Etsy mail or the email address below!

Privacy

1.Data I collect
In order to fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (you have given Etsy permission to pass it on to me), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and the details of the product you ordered. If you contact me directly (for example when you place a custom order) you can also choose to give me additional personal information.

2. Why I need your data and how I use it
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your data, such as:
• where necessary to provide my services, such as when I use your data to fulfill your order, to settle disputes or to provide customer service;
• when you have given your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• to the extent necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your data to provide the services you have requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3. Data exchange and disclosure
The data of my customers is important for my company. I only share your personal data for very limited reasons and very specific situations, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and to fulfill my obligations as described in both Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service providers I engage certain trusted third parties to perform certain functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery drivers. I will share your personal data with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to provide these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell my business or enter into a merger, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) compliance with my agreements, terms and policies; (c) preventing, investigating and addressing fraud and other illegal activities, security or technical problems; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

4. Data retention
I will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. In general, I keep your data for 7 years (tax liability).

5. Transfer of personal data outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government oversight laws than yours. If I am deemed to transfer your data outside the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

6. Your rights
If you live in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. While some of these rights are generally valid, some rights relate to certain, limited cases. I describe those rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you. You can contact me via the details below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to change your personal information, restrict my use of it, or delete it. If there are no exceptional circumstances (such as where I need to store data for legal reasons) I will usually delete your personal data on request.
• Objection. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your data based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications after giving your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I have compelling and legitimate reasons to continue using that information or if this is necessary for legal reasons.
• Complaints. If you live in the EU and wish to raise concerns about my use of your data (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

7. How to contact me
In the context of EU data protection legislation, I, Monique de Groot-Vermeulen, am the data controller of your personal data. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me at mdegrootvermeulen [!at] hotmail.com.
